Do you have any experiences with designing GUI's?

Creating a subdirectory at chosen target is the norm since 20 years.

From a usability perspective all of these points are valid and not contestable.

There is a reason simple colour schemes are encouraged across the board, tell me how a colourblind person would navigate this mess?
