Here is the negative side of things. Put yourself in a customer support role. When you read the forums you see complaints, negative feedback etc, how would you feel? We do have to step back from time to time, otherwise you could find a pissed off team member closing this thread and banning your account - we don't do that. If we did that, we would loose the community.
I would very much love to work on NC full time, but practically that's impossible. I need a job to keep the roof over my head and pay for the equipment to make NC better.
What keeps me going and not walking away - the community are a fantastic bunch when they are at their best.
