Use Neoconstruct terminal near reactor door
Inside Neoconstruct find Ceres temple teleporter
Goto Ceres temple
Talk to Super Hard Mission guy
Kill a few nasty rats and hit WoC level in a couple minutes.

Everything else you need for testing is in Neoconstruct only problem
is no pokers or constructors for mods.
