Charakter Probleme

Hallo

Ich benötige etwas Hilfe. Ich habe heute NC2CE runtergeladen und wollte auch gleich, nach der Installation, einen Charakter erstellen und los daddeln. Allerdings, wenn ich im Menü zum erstellen eines Charakters bin und einen erstellt habe, bekomme ich immer eine Meldung, dass die Charaktererstellung für 17 Min. gespeert ist. Kennt das Problem jemand und kann mir da evtl. weiterhelfen ?

überprüfe mal dein Passwort, ob es ein # enthält und ändere dies ggf.

Some account passwords may lead to a "Wait 17 minutes..." error on character creation. Please change your password and make sure the new password does not contain the "#" character. You can do this here:
