NC seems to be an entire network of servers, not just one. The old routing rules are not compatible with new datacenter and some packets are lost.

They just said on IRC, that they are on it and that it should be resolved soon(tm).

Just on a quick note (in case you're not following Zoltans Twitter):
"There is an issue with the moved TITAN server. The OS crashed and damaged the db hardly.I need to setup a new server for titan. chars r save"
