ok, im runnin dx11, when i try and install anything else, it says my install overides any new install, from what i can see online, there is no way to uninstall, and reinstall, anyone know how to go about it ? or a different work around ?

According to your description, the dependencies are correctly installed (you are getting the black screen/window). You should have a look at your error.log and init.log, as well as the d3d9drv.log inside the logs subfolder of your Neocron folder.

Could you let me know where you got your DirectX install from? (Give me a URL if possible)

Bifrost, the direct x 11 was the microsoft site i do believe, But the way i got it to work, and im just guessing here..i downloaded the test server pack, installed that, then redownloaded the client from http://www.neocron-game.com/ and it worked.
