I am unable to log in to the game or the Account page on the website.
I keep getting an error stating the account is banned.
Is there an issue with account log in, or is my account really banned?

me too. I never ever did anything worth a ban...
Ive never been banned either, so its not like im a ban evader from the past...
edit: as if this game didnt already lack players...
