[RESOLVED] World synch failure all day

It started about 36 hours ago, with people reporting characters getting stuck in sync in the Subway, CRP and J1..
After the reboot yesterday no zones are reachable on any characters.
Log in and Server selection works fine, world server(s) appear to be down.
