I also think that this makes kind of sense. You can't be on both sides of the sync. So there is always one way to get to the security terminal.
Otherwise it is just totally unlogical that PSI shields work in hacknet. Maybe we should fix things like that first.

I have to say that I'm not waiting in front of the term like an idiot, I try to cover as much ground as possible, checking where my enemy would come from, but there are so many possible zones I can't do it (well I had a slow setup so I could even get outrunned, that was wrong). PPU shields inside isn't a problem anymore, can be easily stopped with the runspeed cap. More damage with HN spells would be great though, because of the zone and resistance of your enemy, if you meet another full HN char it's just not a fight you can't finish.
