It seems that with the Soullight Regeneration the Faction Sympathy Regenration has been turned off too. Since it was not announced I assume its a bug.
If its not a bug I want to point out the situation of starting runners, that get 0 Sympathy with neutral factions, and -14 with enemy ones. That means they cannot do missions for those factions besides the Harrasser Missions (I think they gave sympathy?).

confirmed. fac symp not autoregenerating. I would love to see the sl regen turned back on even if it was very very minor and would take a long while some progress is better than none and as i said it could be a kind of amnesty to red players if they do want to rejoin the flock.
