[01000][FIXED][R#184] NavRay Faction HQ Names Error

In the Navray, when you look at the navigate to Faction HQs part all the names are wrong pretty much as to what patch notes say they should show.

The City Mercs needs to be changed to City Mercs
BioTech needs to be changed to BioTech Industries or Systems (Systems is shown in faction sympathies part)
Tsunami needs to be changed to Tsunami Syndicate
Proto Pharma needs to be changed to ProtoPharm
CityAdmin needs to be changed to City Administration
N.E.X.T. needs to be changed to NExT
The Fallen Angels needs to be changed to Fallen Angels
The Twilight Guardian needs to be changed to Twilight Guardian

I believe that is all that I noticed, but please check with the rest of the navray to confirm if everything else is correct for uniformity in names.

BioTech Systems is the correct term and is indicated as such in the Retail version of the notes. Thanks for the report on this one, seems the NavRay slipped under the radar!
