What's in store for the future of NC?

Because I have been away for so many years, I have missed so many updates etc, but just wondered if there was anything on plans for the future of NC that anyone can point me towards?

Let's Start With The Past:
1.) Volunteer Team took over last year
2.) Moved the servers back to Germany from Canada
3.) Started Patching the game again after 5+ years
4.) Fixed long standing bugs and made NC more stable than ever
5.) Moved the server to a new data center (still resolving issues)

The Near Future:
1.) Establish a new Balancing Server named Sparta
2.) Balance all classes, items, and weapons, together with us
3.) Bring the changes to Retail
4.) ???
5.) Rock And Roll

We haven't heard anything on neocron reloaded or nukklear since march last year, when it was first announced. I think they're still trying to get a publisher or investor, until/if that happens, I wouldn't expect anything.

As for Neocron Reloaded we have no ties to that project, that is being handled by Nukklear Games. Any updates on Neocron Reloaded would be delivered either directly by Kirk Lenke or via the Nukklear Games website. The Neocron Support Team you see here on the forums and in game in Neocron 2 are 100% focused on Neocron 2.

I would like to know whether and how much strings Kirk Lenke pulls atm.
What are the restrictions for the team?
If Lenke handles a NC:Reloaded or NC³ could he stops the whole NC² project?
(maybe to try to get the community to his new game?)

Sparta will be the Balance Test Server. We hope to launch it later this summer.

which is a waste of time because there won't be a lot of people left for testing at that time. i'd just patch the current server and try certain things even if they might go wrong.

1. people will see progress one way or another,
2. you don't have to split the tiny community,
3. more resources on the balancing and coding itself and fewer server issues.

at the current state titan IS a beta server and i don't think people will care if they are just testing out stuff on it. i certainly wouldn't. i also can't see an way around a server reset sooner rather than later, so all in all the test server is just massive overhead for already overworked volunteers.

I do feel sorry for Zoltan with all his hard work. The server hamster has it sweet compared to him
