Change the malus on PE Camo PA

PE Camo PA currently gives a malus of -21.63 ATL making the armor almost worthless due to how much it reduces ATL, crippling a PE's speed.

So I suggest change the malus from -ATL to something like -P-C or -R-C like other PA's do.

Only just seen this thread. Pe crusade net? Haha. I would like to see the pe be able to use guns etc without having to use the pa tbh. But yes the penalty is is harsh. It makes you a target.

Yeah me too. It was a bug nobody wanted to get fixed!

I am currently using the Camo PA on my PE and speed isn't much of an issue. I also specced enough for that super awesome air guard glider so my agility isn't that high too.

But the malus nevertheless doesn't make any sense.

Wrong. It is not black anymore. It was a bug due to bad lightning settings in directx.

Camo PA...hmm it's not very camouflaged when you use it in the canyons. You are going to spot that green looking PE a mile off.

Perhaps the way it works should be change. I think it should work like a cloaking device which is 80% transparent while running/walking, and 0% transparent when the PE fires his weapon.
