To workaround the current issue: Press [WIN] then type "cmd" and start it as admin. then type "ipconfig /flushdns" and restart the launcher.", but this didnt helped me. I was able to login.

The emergency launcher is - at the time of writing - intended. The instruction to flush your DNS is to ensure you're able to hit the emergency launcher rather than the usual page. We're aware of the issue with the normal launcher but this needs further investigation and time to resolve. As long as you can login to the game, all is well.

Thankfully these days we an alternative rather than nothing
