restart your computer

Joint proxy session failed usually means you got more than one client running without specifying a different local port number in the settings, or you managed to start the same copy of Neocron twice.
Just make sure no other instances of Neocron are running by checking in the Windows Task Manager.Bifrost

This _also_ happens, when u dnot go thru the hole loginproccess, ie.. loginscreen => server select => char select => back-button to the loginscreen. But the problem happens kinda 33% of my duallogged logins (even with hard-set of a port!, with 5000+ free ports in between..).
