It seems the third Tier of Belts of some Armor types are missing from the Archer & Wessons Armor Vendor in Plaza 1 (e.g. Advanced Battle Belt - the other Advanced Armor of the same type is in his Inventory).
I haven't checked other vendors that should sell the same.

All top tier belts (regardless of set) are A: sold from the TH armour smuggler and B: Unreserachable.
This is rather silly, but is a hangover from before 2.2
