[CLOSED] Banned for 7 days, support email does not work

My original mail:

As the subject states, i cannot log in and it gives me the message ive been banned for 7 days. Ive not played for nearly 8 years, i come back to play a few days, and then quit again due to Terra beeing in north america and having severe lag issues. Recently i've read about Titan, beeing a euro server and wanted to check it out only to find out i am banned. This is clearly an error and i hope it can be resolved asap, thanks!
