PlayOnLinux might help you. I was able to get NC to run a couple times by tinkering with it.

I tried a few days ago to get Neocron running in Wine without any luck.
- Wine 1.5 Beta
- Ubuntu 12.04
I suppose I'll take another stab at it this coming weekend.
Playing Neocron since Beta 3...
