Cap the XP, not the 100 stat cap. As in WoC 5 and then keep going...

Yeah spy is easier, WOC 5 dex @ 1,999,999,999, and WOC 5 int @ 1.543.639.347, all with a Silent Hunter.
I 'd still cringe at your APU feat tho....
