The whole point of 2.2 was to allow for easy balance changes, which (afaik) was successful. What really failed is how there's simply no devs left on the nc project. Originally Posted by Hell-demon

There would be an easy way to bring the melee tank back in the balance : the paraglue
The main problem with melee is you cannot hit fast targets that are always out of your reach. Nerf the speed again and you'll do insane damages

Yeh that would mean melee could hit their targets easier, but it would also mean all the other classes can too.

up the freeze on thunderbolt....
find your target... shock them, whip out ur cursed soul, bang ...
pick up there dog tags and look for another player lol....
worked in nc2 or 2.1.. cant remember.

well if you have a monk and you are skilling 50 ppu and 50 apu on it, e.g. apu spells aren' so powerful than in the case u are skilling 50 apu without the 50 on ppu. the skills 'works' against each other... Originally Posted by tobiwahn

Im glad this thread is still going, I'd love to see some meele back in the game, and sorry to say , The para, it was a good implementation, the actual slow effect should be bought back into play but with a lower para time, say... 3 seconds ?
