    Of course.

    I would be the first PE to reach and activate WoC 5, but I also have a social life and still did a bit of PvP and things. That's why it took 6 months.

    hmm Fairly sure he is 5 .

    I know he had XP and discs to activate it, not sure if he did activate it.
