Lowtech drives better on Psi

Ht of course on Nanites.



But if a lowtech PE is usefull today is the other question me for example is lvling a lowtech Pistol PE and i am VERY satisfied with my psi. i feel better protected then on hightech. But PvPing i didnt made with him.
