Since patch 160, only novice glove is available from psi vendors , or crahn hq smuggler.
Nor are the cag gloves available from crahn FSM.
update:
The existing CAG1,2,3 are still researchable, (and buildable I believe using bio-tech implant parts)

uhm ... i bought the level3 psi glove in crahn hq, and i know alot mates did also for their monks. dunno if all bought it inside hq, but i know for very sure one bought it inside mb.
