    Default Test Server Shields Different

    I'm seeing different numbers on some of the shields in the test server. Haven't looked at all of them, but the holy (nonrare) shields seem to have lower values displayed for the magnitude of effect.

    Was this intentional and could we have more detailed changelogs for test server patches please?

    Edit: To make things even more clear.

    Holy protector lists its effect on the test server as applying x (25) while on retail is x (38).

    Edit 2: Initial testing does make it seems like shield effectiveness is reduced.
    Could we please, please, please, be kept informed of what's happening on the testserver. It makes it almost impossible to tell what is a bug and what is intended.

    Is the issue that there is no third internal server to act as a dev playground?

    When things like armor and shields silently break (or change), we can't properly test new areas (how do we know if mobs are imbalanced or if our characters are bugged), test weapons for proper damage, or do much of anything useful?
