not if you happen to level in bunker or even worse in regants. if you are lucky someone will be there to poke you, if not... pay up for gr costs. this might seem puny to woced chars who only deal in 4 and 5 slot full arti weapons, but for newbies this can be quite bitter and the run to regants is a pain. but you have it all figured out clever boy. everyone who isn't enjoying the game like want it to be needs to go, right? wrong.
