no, it is having lag spikes. I never had them this bad before on neocron. This is the reason i left shadoshit, they have daily server resets AND spikes constantly.

Yesterday I was getting pings between 1000 and 1500 milliseconds. I couldn't fight in fight night.. well I had to at one point.. I knew I was gonna lose, but not by very much
