    Default IS the helpdesk still working ?

    hey folks, been trying to get my main fixed for over a month, Ive written the helpesk multiple times, that last time on the second of this month, still no responce. Not flaming just wondering if there part time now, or...hell i dunno laid off, vacation some thing of that sort. thanks in advance sexy people !!

    of course, i received a reply and sent them the requested details, plus a screen shot of the login screen with the error.

    I recently reached out to bitfrost via PM, 2 weeks ago to be exact without a reply, BUT im not tossing him under the bus, im sure he is super busy, and tbh, its not his wheel house to ride customer support for me, i just dont know where else to go for help...Thanks Bit for the help you have provided, and thanks as well Xanthos for your reply and concern.

    PS..help my main he is cold and lonely somewhere afraid and hungry !!

    PS PS , im just gonna toss it all out there make this easier [Ticket#2019072310000015 there is the ticket number. Screenshot (2).png and that is the error

    3 months or so, happened about a week after f02 was swallowing folks, he got lost in f02 during that stage was fine a couple days later couple days after that, i got the error
