    I really think there is something to do this way , so no need to touch the " real " dmg and no change in PvP...
    I'm actually happy with the damage in both pvp and pve.

    But I'd love to see rares beeing more effective in PvE (they are harder to get after all)

    You would'nt even need mods. Theoretically all you would need to adjust is the hit points of the mob in relation to the damage done. The numbers would remain the same but the health would come off in bigger chunks.

    So ? everyone's happy exept me ? doing tl 60 dmg with rare weapon and use 5-7 mags of ammo for kill a grim only disturb me ?

    Lol, if ammo consumption is your issue then recycle. If its something else then please elaborate more.
