    Exclamation I'm back and i can't select character

    Hello,

    I would like to play after several years but i can't log in at all.

    I installed and patched the game. I m able to launch it , then i have to indicate my account / password.

    When i click on resume , the character selection 's screen never appaears…

    Does anyone have a solution ?

    Any error message?
    Please post your errorlog (NC Mainfolder/Logs) and your applog.txt (NC Launcher folder/_nclapp).

    Hello Xanthos and thanks for your help.

    There is no error message when i press " resume " or "enter " everything disapear exept the pic behind the box ( the box desappears too). The game doesn't crash because i still hear the music ( I know i m a Lucky guy :P)

    Hello everybody,

    i've tried everything i can and still have no solution.

    It seems there is no link between the game server and my internet. I ve tried to launch the game with the neoronclient.exe while i was offline and this is the same problem, no error message too.

    the game is availabe with win10 i guess ?

    Some files are missing.
    Please open the launcher and right click the client icon and select „repair and clean up“ - this should fix your problem.
    Is this a fresh install?

    Yes this a fresh install

    Thanks you for your help now i think i m very close to log in..

    Now after i've selected the server i've got the box "updating game data".. I ve stayed on this box during 1 hours and Nothing happen.

    Still some missing files ?

    Head to your NC Mainfolder/defs there should be a folder/file named „Titan<EU“ (something like this); delete it and restart the game.

    But normally a simple restart should do.
    You’ve exceptions for NC in your AV/Firewall etc?

    Yes i've exceptions for Nc in my AV and firewall ( for launcher and ncclient).


    I've deleted the file but Nothing changed still "updating the game"

    Hello few more informations about my problem ,

    Most of the time when i try to connect (just after the login box ) i've the box "connecting to server " then a return to the log /password box. I have to repeat this several time before i have the other box ( select terra ).

    The same problem here, i have to repeat the operation before to have the "updating data game".Then i can't go further.

    I've tryed to launch without AV and firewall but Nothing has changed.

    Hello,

    after a new install the problem is still here …

    I have some questions :

    I m surprised that my nc folder and my launcher folder are only 2gb each , is this normal ?

    I Don't find any patch folder, normal ?

    Every time i start a repair clean up , there is a downloading time ( some time 5 min , sometime >2hrs...) that's the same for everyone ?

    Can someone tell me the size of the launcher and the main neocron folders?

    (But i ve noticed before that this folder is empty , this is normal ? )

    I've just try again because it seems this folder come back every day i try to connect .

    I ve closed the game , deleted the file restart in admin mode..

    No change
