[R#198]windows 7 zoning

i know this is a problem just with windows 7 because i have a computer with windows 10 and everything works fine. i can zone out of the lvl 4 abandoned cellar, back into plaza 2 just fine, but trying to go to plaza 1 or into the cellar, the game freezes, and although when i do reload the game, i'm in the desired destination, i cant play without problems on this computer. i dont know if its even a fixable issue having a newer version of windows available, but i'm hoping.

Have you attempted a File Check from game's the launcher?

i did the file check and went to zone from plaza 1 to plaza 2 and it froze on the sync screen again, didnt make it into plaza 2
