    Make Teamleveling secondary skills highly effective.

    Make solo leveling them at least doable.

    Yep, fully agreed. I think incentive to team level is good, making it a requirement is not.

    I believe we've cracked this and will be addressing some of the "dead" skills in the next patch released to Titan. At first changes will not be significant but those skills that receive absolutely nothing will start to get something through general progression. We'd love to see Monk's repairing a circle of Rhinos outside the city gates become a thing of the past.

    from my experience there is no problem for spys, PEs or tanks getting capped. you will gain full main stats by PvE sooner or later. even without doing missions. there is, in fact, a problem with monk dex and str, and there is a problem with int based trade skills. it is virtually impossible to raise a constructor or researcher to cap just by constructing or researching. most would dronegrind to full exp, then relom. this needs to be fixed imho.
