Default Won't run on new rig

I just installed NC on my new build and when I click on "Play NC 2" the launcher goes away, but nothing else happens.

Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?

    Thank you

Please make sure you are using the latest installer from https://www.neocron-game.com/client-download which is Version 2.2.191.53

If you are using a slightly older installer you can try installing the 2013 Visual C++ Redistributable from http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/downl....aspx?id=40784 just make sure you pick vcredist_x86.exe regardless of whether your OS is 32 bit or 64 bit.

    =C22=Bytor damn I'll have to tell w33man.

Also, obligatory "if the nst just packed those damn dlls with the update this wouldn't be a problem for anyone including Linux users"
