When I'm downloading a Recycle Glove from the PP HN, I have to get a BD License to build it, instead of a PP License. Can this Problem be fixed? It's existing for years now. Thank you.

I do question the scenario that I just hacked your system. I stole sensitive material. But in order to make it I need a proper license? How does that make sense?
