[001261][R#188] Heal Sanctum running for less time

Heal sanctum is running @ 20seconds or so before it ends. The old timing was 60s. Haven't checked other sanctums.

Tested some sanctums last night and the heal sanctum doesn't affect other people, only the caster. There's no animation on the other players screen when it's running and there is no heal effect from it.

Can you recheck please.

Although I do confirm there is no animation on the other players screen to say the player is getting healed, the player standing in the sanctum does get healed.
