[001266] [R#188] Pyrolizer Nanites Damage User & Becomes unusable

This began in 186, was in 187 and now 188.

The Pyrolizer tool does damage to the user. The TL80 does about 470-480 dmg to the user in one shot. You can kill yourself with it for shock value.

After a use, it sometimes is unusable.

After your first inject, if you leave the item out it will not fire. If you select a different item and try to re-draw the pyrolizer, you will get the warning 'You can not use this, yet'
Zoning or full relogging seem to both sometimes fix the tool so you can re-equip and fire again.

Since firing it is a bad idea in the first place, this at least helps keep someone from gibbing themselves from 100%hp on accident.

I have yet to test Divides post here, but this does seem to be something that hopefully gets looked into soon. Zoltan or someone? Is it possible to get a response as to where this is... under the microscope? If you have run your own similar tests?
