When entering the hacknet, a hacker will have no hack energy.
Popping a hackbooster will help (not only because the energy regeneration is extremely slow compared to PSI, even as a full hacker).
A hacker should start with full energy when entering the hacknet.

Use Booster. Or just skill PPW.
