I have always enjoyed playing fps games with jetpacks. (endless ages, tribes, firefall)
Just enough thrust to make pvp fun and real skillful

i will just have to say no.. Dont fit to neocrons atmosphere. Also wouldnt be too easy to implement. And thirdly, if you want to play around with jetpacks i would just play some of the games you listed above..
