To make it easier to interpret I have produced the following:

I have calculated the rarity of each part within their respective sets, and I have isolated MC5 parts and treated them separately.

I think that data is an accurate representation of the current parts rarity because you don't need everyone's parts listed, even if only 20% of players use the techhaven rares database that's already a huge sample which should be quite accurate. I don't have the time to go through it all right now, has anyone done that and can they tell us how it looks? Does it support the theories of some parts being extraordinarily rare?
