[00423] The 1% SI Bug

Sometimes after using the GR the runner retains 1% SI forever.

The workaround is a quick relog. It always fixes the problem.

However, since we're having issues today with the login server I didn't want to relog and the 1% SI stayed forever

Only after using the GR again the SI went down to zero.

I think this has been reported before but I couldn't find the thread. If it was please close.

It usually helps zoning, doesnt it?
Still a bug that should be fixed though
