PE level changes

Last time I got the idea, why not give the PE 5 lvl more PSI but remove 5 level from constitution: 40 PSI cap, 60 CON cap.

This will add some new possibilites to the PE but give no advantages, cause he's loosing resists/health/whatever from constitution but will gain access to higher psi spells.

Low level psi modules would have to be made usefull first.. The shields a PE can use are just laughable atm.

yes its an interesting thought but walker nailed it perfectly. the psi system would need looking at with some serious tech level readjustments to be made. in the case of the resist boosters also it can be argued that these would need to be tailored to a runners level with the specific view of where can he go at that level and what mobs will he encounter there. this could lead to even bigger tweaks.

example whats the point of getting a hazard booster one at level 40 if you cant go to a level 40 poison cave for example.

Hazard resist is for poison and xray, some spiders do poison, or the plants. So you dont need to be in a cave to have this spell usefull

But my main point was the psi shield ^^

What's that I hear give PE's access to resist boosters again sounds good to me. Could possible access resurrection with a drug too!
Ofcourse I'd be happy if PE's got the old blessed def and shelter back and/or if PE's had 65 STR rather than 65 CON.

The correct PE Mainskills would be reballanced 60/60/60/60/60.
But the rebalanicings in the past made this unimpossible.

What KK never noticed:
What ever Class were nerfed - the PE was nerfed with this too.

I am with you with that more PSI to reach the blessed PSI Spells.
But in my opinion some high Level Drugs and Non Tech Weapons also should be PE only.

KK spended a lot of love to the Spy its time for the other classes.

Psi shield is utter shite. Why would you want it? Unless it tied into Psi Resist then I do not see how it would be of use. If it did tie into psi resist however then PE's would be the new tanks.

they can now. just needs the right imp and a drug. i dont know what the lowest reqs on a rez are but the pe can do it.

43 I think (Psi mem 3 and psi drug gets you to that).

You need 2 implants + drug + psi eye for focussing to use the rezz. Or more than one drug.

Or let the PE choose his level caps himself, but no skill above 80

Well... You can use the tl43 rez and Ion Rifle at the same time.. So I dont really see the problem with the stats as they currently are...

If the Ion Shotgun did some decent damage this set up would be uber sexy - Low tech Rezzing PE's. Fuck yes.

I had one of my 4-5 PE's back on Terra specced like that.. Could take AND give life!
And honestly it wasent a bad setup at all.
I were able to kill quite a lot of people with it. Ofc not the best PVP'ers, but thats more of a PE thing, than a PE setup thing...

Ionic rifle seems to do less damage now, than it did back then though

PE's can totally res, although its completely in-viable; although the whole class is, so who cares!
