I can confirm this issue too. I also see players walking one meter over the ground walking in the neocron city sectors. Sometimes it occurs in the wastelands where a little hill is.
I'll make sceenshots if it happen again.

The walking in the air effect - yes I have witnessed it on one player recently. As it only happened one time I did not think a lot of it. Sorry.
