When zoning into P1 or Via 3, there are some copbots facing the wrong way. They change direction after a while. I haven't been able to test other zones yet.
Plaza 1
They seem to all face south originally.
Via 3
It seems random. Sometimes it's 1 bot, sometimes it's the other facing the wall.

NPCs will turn to face their desired direction once the sector has fully loaded on the client. Working as intended.
