Casting rare shields, have heard of this happening a few times since this patch.

I had this too two days ago on my ppu. But I heard it can happen to anybody using PSI in the wastes.

Yeah it happens to everyone using PSI. I've had this bug on several occasions on my PE.

[R#183] PPU stucks on ground at casting
My PPU stuck in Wastelands if i cast shields, buffs or heals. Best place to stuck: NC Gate and MC5. only relogging or sit down helps.
Please fix it.

I guess it's more difficult to trace this specific error. Alduin once asked for specific data about it from us.
In the best case an error is reproducable by following specific steps but this one seems to happen more randomly.

Today I had this happen again two times to my PPU in the wastes.
I have noticed the following:
1.) The ping was both times around 300
2.) The FPS were fluctuating and dropping to single-digit numbers
And both times I was stuck to the ground while casting. This could be a hint maybe.
Usually my ping is around 80-120 and fps around 30-50.
