    Default [00875][T#185/186] ray-gun weapons

damage still isn't registering on moving targets, even slow moving targets. tested it with ray of last hope

i dont get it, i use a rav for pvp on my tank ALL THE TIME! im not gonna say it hits every single shot or registers every shot, but i notice no diffrence in moving or stationary players. used my healing light at an op fight against tbc and it absolutely owned them. i just dont get it. someone told me it has to do with aim cap. the closer u are to aim cap, the less it has problems. gonna test this theory out but like ive said, im fine with beam weapons. sorry i know this post is about rayguns, just had to speak on the beam thing since it was brought up. ill get to testing the rayguns soon
