I think it'd be interesting if Resist Psi was completely redone to be a spell resist chance. Say 75 in skill is a 20% chance to resist an anti debuff, or a damage boost, anti heal, etc. (numbers are just an example)


With needed monk changes, i'd like to see APU's put back how they used to be with the ability to cap/get higher stats on spells a lot easier to free up more points that could be dumped into resist psi.


Given how strong anti-buffing is in op fights I'd like to see part of monk balancing being that they are heavily resistant to anti buffing, considering they are the one class with no real balanced defense. Spies have their nanites, tanks have their con, PE's have their decent con and decent psi ability.


(PPU rare shields would probably need their spell reqs raised so PPU's aren't unkillable)
