    Default [FIXED][R#181] Everyone warps or Start/stops on.

    I'm surprised that no one has made a bug thread about this.. or at least not that I've seen. Every person I have asked this has happend to.
    Everyone in the game warps. No matter the run speed. By warp I mean very jerky start/stop style movements. I have asked around 20-30 people and that have all experienced this same issue.

    How did something like this get put into retail? It has seems like with every patch there has been many steps backwards. Many people will not play till this is sorted.
