    Default Synaptic Impairment and HP

Didn't know whether to post this in bug report or brainport, but the Mods can move as appropriate. It's more of an annoyance anyway.

Basically, on my tank I GR at full HP. As my SI wears and my imps kick in, I gain a chunk of overall HP from my implants, eventually leaving me at around 750/1000HP, so a quarter of my HP down just from GRing.

Would it be possible to implement a percentage system to HP when overall HP is added? Instead of just having the empty overall HPs, the HP actual is increased accordingly?

Seems fair to me. The difference between life and death for the un-LE'd.

When SI wears off you should be at full health imo.

This is like saying after waking up from a night's sleep you shouldn't still be tired

In my opinion it's OK as it is. Implants start kicking in, activating and working, it will take bit of time to put it to use and recover the extra available health pool.

    I don't agree

    1. You spawn at Gen-Rep (wake up in the morning)
    2. SI is wearing off (starting to wake up)
    3. You can use your implants (you can now eat your breakfast)
    4. Need to regenerate health (takes time before the consumed breakfast produced energy)

This is my opinion but hey who am I

I'd just use a medpack on my tank and inject some nanites, thats it.

Again, SI is not fatigue. Fatigue is being tired. SI is the feeling of your brain being downloaded into a brand new, and newly created body that wasn't previously your own. Your implants are then turning on and boosting this body, why should you not have to regenerate what is being made new, then boosted further?
<-December 2001, do you see that?

As I said it's not a game killer, but more of annoyance.

I'd see it more as an exact copy of when you GRed, including any damage (or non-damage in this case). To me being over a quarter of your HP down represents you're injured physically in some way. But I guess it's open to individuals interpretation of how GRing would work IRL.

Resurrection is obviously milder than Gen-Repping.

Gene replication is a very difficult process where resurrection could be considered CPR.

CPR will have less effect on ya, simple as that. So I can imagine why people wouldn't want SI on resurrection and I'm willing to accept that. But I still feel drugs should have a lasting effect.

I'm all for changing the drug flash into something else, like a toxic like suggested by William, I really liked that idea.
