Make all plaza sectors a safezone: Move city pvp back to PP1

A big no to Plaza1 going unsafe. Unless you want me to Kami Drone everyone with my red SL...

As far as zoneline PVP goes, I'm afraid we're never getting rid of that. Used to br MB, then P2, then OZ, then P2 again. The game simply needs a spot for zoneline PVP.

As far load goes, I dont think zoning is a major technical issue. Especially since this game originated in an era where 100mbps was the LAN norm, and T1 was a high-performance internet link. With our current bandwidth availability, unless we talk about DB load, i dont think this pose a problem at all.

I like the idea of having all plaza and via rosso as safe zones and all pepper parks as a fight zone.

It adds to this 'roleplay'

always loved the idea of pp being the sketchy zone where gankers were always leering about, but these might just be fond memories of nc1 where no one had an le to protect them.... really added to the game to have to sneak around pp

The secure HQs surprised me when I came back. I remember huge battles in HQs on more than one occasion. We had a fight that lasted over an hour in the CA HQ at one point. I'd love to have that potential again.

Making all plaza and via zone safe again would be a good move, and none safe/raidable HQ's would be fantastic. Some of the best fights happened in HQ's.

I would like to add that while I'd like all Plaza and Via zones to be safe again, I'd like the possibility for them become un-safe if there is an event going on in that zone, like the Biotech NPC's raiding via near TT HQ that happened a month ago.
