[00333][R#180] sniper rifle aiming slow

[on request of Triv] sometimes zooming in with a sniper rifle doesnt get me usual fast aiming. reticle closing seems to take forever instead, sometimes even gets stuck halfways and doesnt close properly. this is a random behaviour, occuring maybe every 20 or 50 uses. to solve the problem i have to put the gun a way and draw it again. i experienced this problem in the recent months, but i somehow cant remember this from earlier servers (terra, mars, etc). this is not a serious problem, and i think adressing it isnt urgent at all. just a minor bug, not related to #180.

Same here, it's really annoying as i'm full weapon lore and should be able to snipe moving targets without too much trouble with my all 120 silent hunter amirite?

Also the woc sniper rifle absolutely sucks while we're at it.

I have already experienced this problem before.

Back in the days, this problem used to occur if you have a psi buff on you (drone boost, heal or shields) which ends when you are zooming.

Try to test this : cast a heal, zoom in, wait until the heal is finished and then, the aim should be fucked up.
