What happened:
I ran to the FA Faction Database, talked to it, broke the conversation, then talked again and downloaded one blueprint, terminated the conversation by dialogue this time.
Then went to log out at Tsunami HQ. From there I ran to Plaza 1.

In Plaza 1 everyone was styled like the generic hacknet model (the see through spy whatever, not the old cool ones). many of those could not be identified by hovering with the cursor over them. Also the Player list showed only a few players, with blanks in between, so it looked really bugged. Also all of those in the list were LEd players, though it could have been coincidence.

After a relog a few players showed up right, most were still bugged, and the Player list was bugged as before (Only a few players, blanks and only LEd ones)

A full restart with waitein long enough for the char to be gone fixed it.

Have you been able to reproduce this behaviour/experienced it since?

I havent seen this stuff happen in over 8 months.
